Former Governor Nathan Deal (Veto, The Governor’s Cat) – served as the 82nd governor of Georgia from 2011 to 2019. His legacy is marked by his efforts to enhance the State of Georgia through thoughtful economic development, education reform and criminal justice reform. After leaving office, Deal has continued to be active in public life. Most recently Deal penned Veto, The Governor’s Cat, a children’s book written to fulfill a final promise to his late wife, Sandra Deal to continue her legacy of promoting literacy to young readers. The bowl includes 2 signed copies of the book as well.
