Wednesday, June 28, Pat Sain, MHI CEO, and Jerry Whitehead, sales rep for MHI, donated a forklift and pallet jack to Georgia Mountain Food Bank (GMFB), a equipment donation that equals approximately $20,000.   MHI is Material Handling Inc. is the leading supplier of material handling and forklift solutions, warehouse products and repair and maintenance services for North Georgia, Middle Tennessee, Southeast Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.

“We are pleased to make this donation to Georgia Mountain Food Bank in honor of Jerry Whitehead,” said Patrick Sain, chief executive officer of Material Handling, Inc. “When we learned more about GMFB and how passionately they serve needs in the area we knew this was a great way to give back and honor Mr. Whitehead.  Jerry has been a leader in our business and the Gainesville community with a spirit of excellence for over 45 years. We are grateful to make this gift and honor Jerry.”
